Getting A Helpful Reply From Us

Most tech reports lack vital information. In your report to tech support, please include:

  • your name, email, etc.
  • symptoms of the problem
  • the steps you have taken to isolate the problem
  • OneClick system report

To create a system report: Use the Configure menu (blue triangle) in the Launch Strip, Task Bar or System Bar and select “Create Report For WestCode Support…” and send that file in… This report is placed on your clipboard. After the report is completed, you need to paste (command-v or choose Paste from the Edit menu) the report in the email message.
